Blu Idyll Cottage is a newly renovated beach cottage just one block from one of the best beach access spots in Holmes Beach. Steps away from the legendary Beach Bistro, this cottage is in a prime central location. From here you can also walk to other island hot spots such as the Freckled Fin, Ugly Grouper, The Feast and more!

This adorable cottage is on trend with its thoughtful new decor. There is plenty of room for the whole family with 2 bedrooms that both offer king beds. The bonus sunroom attached to one of the bedrooms is the perfect place for kids to sleep and hang out. This bonus room features 2 twin beds (trundle) and a recliner chair and TV.

A short walk down the wooded path behind the cottage will lead you to the heated community pool. This pool also has the convenience of his and hers restrooms for when nature calls. There are also plenty of loungers and tables for your use by the pool.

Although this cottage will comfortably sleep up to 6 people plus your furry family friend, if you need more space you can also rent the attached 1 bedroom efficiency suite next door, Blu Idyll Getaway, to sleep up to 8 adults and children.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

This rental is dog friendly! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

PET POLICY:

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum total for 1 pet or 120 lbs total for 2 pets. 

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

• Pit Bull

• Akita

• Rottweiler

• German Shepherd

• Siberian Husky

• Malamute

• Doberman Pinscher

• Chows

• Any Wolf-dog hybrid

• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
