Enjoy your own private heated pool in a very lush tropical setting. This adorable and totally provate half duplex is located just a few steps to the beach, so there will be no need to fight for beach parking on your trip. All pool and beach essentials are provided as well as beach cruisers and children's bikes. Perfect for your next family escape to paradise.

Loggerhead is just a couple of blocks to the beach as well as the free island trolley stop! The front entry takes you right into the open family room where everyone can hang out and talk about the great time they are having on the Island! The steps off of the back porch lead you down to the beautiful backyard where you can relax around the pristine pool in privacy. 

The backyard is fenced in with lush tropical landscaping, making it extremely private. A propane and charcoal grill are both provided so you don't even have to  leave the backyard to dine on vacation. Loggerhead is only a 5 minute walk to Gulf beach access and chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, and even a beach cart are at the home for you to use. There isn't anything you need to bring other than your own essentials for an amazing beach vacation getaway.

Loggerhead sleeps up to 6 guests total. The master bedroom features a king size bed and attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the full bath in the hall. For additional sleeping arrangements the home also provides a sleeper sofa in the family room.

Of course, don't forget to take advantage of the 6-seat street legal golf cart that comes complimentary with this vacation rental. You can use the golf cart to get anywhere you would like to go on this 7-mile island paradise!

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
