This home is just steps away from the City Pier and Bay beach and only three blocks from the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. Whether you're looking to indulge in the many activities the island has to offer, or simply relax and take in the beautiful scenery, Sea Life Happy is the perfect vacation destination.

As you enter the home you will be greeted by the grand, open concept living and dining spaces. The tropical colors and bright, cheerful furniture throughout the home will make you feel like you're living in paradise. Everyone in your group will be able to find the perfect spot to reconnect, share stories, laugh, play games, and make unforgettable memories.

On the main floor you will find the first of two luxurious master bedroom suites, featuring cable TV and ensuite full bath. The second bedroom on this floor offers two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king if requested. A bonus den on the main level also provides a comfortable convertible daybed for even more flexible sleeping arrangements. Upstairs you will find the second, huge master suite with full bathroom offering a double vanity, walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The sunny and cheerful queen bedroom rounds out the top floor with it’s beautiful view of the canal. 

Outside, everyone will enjoy the plush outdoor seating and serene dock area where you can try your hand at some fishing or watch as the mullet jump. The ground floor cabana by the pool offers a game room, comfortable couches, and an outdoor bar with TV. Soak your cares away in the spa and take a dip in the private, heated pool. Plenty of beach chairs and supplies are provided so you won’t have to worry about a thing. The dock can also accommodate up to a 24 foot boat! 

Sea Life Happy is the perfect family destination. If you are traveling with children we can provide you with all the necessities to make your vacation a breeze. If you require a pack-n-play, stroller, baby bathtub, bouncy seat or high chair it can all be waiting for you upon check in, simply notify us in advance if needed!

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. 

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
