The stunning botanical gardens will take your breath away as you walk through the courtyards to your private cottage. Oleander Villa is sure to take you back in time with its old Florida charm. The accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and luxurious bedroom with king bed. Cable TV is provided in the living room and bedroom. For additional sleeping arrangements you will also find a pull-out sofa. The ensuite bathroom features a walk in shower.

Oleander Villa also has its own designated patio located out of your front door to the courtyard. You'll love relaxing in this botanical oasis with cozy chairs and ottoman. It's the most relaxing spot to enjoy a good book or unwind with a nice glass of wine.

The long-time owners of this amazing property have thought of everything you’ll need for the perfect beach vacation, including beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, as well as bikes for exploring the island. You may never want to leave the Villas but when you do venture out, the beach path is only steps away and there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

On the grounds you will also find a large laundry facility with several coin operated machines for your convenience. Bicycles are available on a first come, first served basis. The cottage also includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality luxury linens. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

The Island Garden Villas are composed of 6 individual and private cottages. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a large family get-together this is the ideal spot. You can rent one or all of the cottages. Perfect spot for destination wedding guests!

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

This rental is pet friendly! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each pet you are bringing. If you wish to bring a small dog or cat please notify us.

PET POLICY:

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Rottweiler
German Shepherd
Siberian Husky
Malamute

Chows
Any Wolf-dog hybrid
Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 1 vehicle.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
