The beautiful grand entry opens to expansive living room area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, tiled flooring and panoramic water views. The open floor plan extends to your gourmet kitchen, completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen features granite, stainless steel/high-end appliances and a 5-burner gas cook top. This gorgeous home has been completely remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2 custom bathrooms and the large master King suite with ensuite bath also boasts a walk-in, custom closet. The 2nd bedroom features 2 comfortable Queen size beds and the 3rd is a fun bunk room with a Queen size bed as well!

Enjoy the tropical breezes from the over-sized screened lanai, or take a dip in the heated swimming pool and private spa tub. Afternoon naps come easy under the palm trees on our pool deck or start a new book on our tree bench swing. The exterior is framed by impeccable landscaping and outdoor lighting. This desirable waterfront location is best enjoyed on the massive pool deck with plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy breath taking sunsets and also includes a private dock if you prefer fishing or wildlife viewing.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

This home is dog friendly! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

PET POLICY:

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum total for 1 pet or 120 lbs total for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

• Pit Bull

• Akita

• Rottweiler

• German Shepherd

• Siberian Husky

• Malamute

• Doberman Pinscher

• Chows

• Any Wolf-dog hybrid

• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. 

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
