Welcome to Beachy Blue, a delightful family retreat filled with character and designed for comfort. This charming vacation home was crafted to cater to every member of the family Beachy Blue offers thoughtful details and cozy spaces for everyone to enjoy. With 4 inviting bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax.

Step inside the grand foyer and head upstairs to the second floor of this elevated beach home where you will find the beautiful living and dining spaces. The main living area is designed for togetherness, featuring an open kitchen fully equipped for family meals, dining table large enough to seat 10 and a comfortable living room for shared moments. Start your mornings over coffee at the breakfast bar or enjoy a lovely family brunch on the balcony overlooking the backyard.   

Beachy Blue offers 2 king master suites each with attached private bathroom. The layout is perfect so that each room is nicely separated for those seeking privacy. The third larger guest bedroom offers a comfy queen bed as well as a sturdy twin over full bunk that kids will love. A fourth bedroom with twin beds finished off the sleeping possibilities. There are two more full bathrooms so no fighting for space to get ready to go out to dinner. There’s even a sitting area with a TV where you can just kick back and relax.

The heart of this home lies in its private backyard oasis where you'll find a place to unwind on the balcony or cozy nook, perfect for taking in the lush tropical landscape. Dive into the fun with a heated pool and spa, poolside game room with basketball and giant Jenga and gas grill for those fantastic family cookouts. Beach gear such as chairs, a wagon, and umbrellas, are neatly stored in the garage, making your beach days a breeze.

This home is perfectly situated in the heart of Holmes beach - just steps away from some of the most popular restaurants and bars such as the Feast, Hurricane Hank’s Freckled Fin and more. All the shopping you need is at your fingertips and, better yet, the white sand beach is only a short stroll down 52nd street. Located West of Gulf Drive with no streets to cross Beachy Blue offers quick and easy access to the reason you come to AMI - the beach!

This family-friendly haven is all about making cherished memories, offering a perfect blend of comfort and fun for an unforgettable family getaway.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. 

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

PET POLICY:

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:  

• Pit Bull 

• Akita 

• Rottweiler 

• German Shepherd 

• Siberian Husky 

• Malamute 

• Doberman Pinscher 

• Chows 

• Any Wolf-dog hybrid 

• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
