Welcome to Groovy Guava, a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home with plenty of room for up to 5 guests. Just a short stroll away from the powdery white sands and award-winning sunsets of Anna Maria Island!

You won’t need to leave the house for meals thanks to your fully stocked kitchen. However, when you do venture out you will be within walking distance to all the best spots including the Feast, Freckled Fin, Ugly Grouper, Island Creamery, Hurricane Hanks and much more! The private, fenced-in yard is a tropical oasis with lush landscaping and a private heated pool. Enjoy alfresco dining as you cook on the gas grill and then head to the beach afterwards for a glorious sunset viewing. The brand new 6 seater Golf cart will get you there in no time at all!

The master bedroom awaits you with a comfy Queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. In the guest room you will find another Queen and a Twin XL bed to sleep another 3 guests. If you need space for a larger group of friends or family we are happy to also offer Beach Daze, the other side of this duplex, right next door!

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
