Welcome to this beachy pink and inviting three story home. The open concept living and dining area on the main living floor with its unique and fun Bohemian-chic style will invite you to island life. The main floor is filled with tropical light and embraces you with its island vibe. A door off the living room takes you to the rear deck which is completely screened in and features the option for indoor/outdoor dining and the table for four, the perfect place for your morning coffee overlooking the pool! Stairs just off this deck give you convenient access to the amazing tropical paradise below.

Step down to the ultra private backyard where you will find the huge L-shaped lap pool which is illuminated after dark with LED colored lights. In this spacious yard you will have yet another dining table for 8, chaise loungers, a super fun tiki bar and complete outdoor bathroom to save you from wet trips back into the house. A large poolside lanai provides you with another complete living area with comfortable couch, TV and Ping Pong table.

Back inside, the main floor offers a master king suite with attached bathroom. This bathroom has his and hers sinks and an updated tiled shower and walk-in closet. Upstairs another King bedroom awaits as well as a queen guest room plus twin size pull out sofa. All bedrooms feature luxurious new bedding. You will also find a dedicated office space upstairs with full desktop and workspace for unavoidable business that may call while you are away from the office. Another full bathroom rounds out the top floor which offers a shower and bath tub.

Jungalow Beach is located in one of the most prime locations on the island which is certain to make your vacation a dream come true. Just a short block away from the beautiful Gulf beach, you can actually see the beach from the street in front. Jungalow beach is just ½ block to all the shops and dining options on Pine Avenue and a short stroll to legendary Bean Point!

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
