Luxe Island Escape is calling for you! Just drop your bags and enjoy all that island living has to offer in this luxury, coastal-designed vacation home.

You will find one of three king master suites atop the first flight of stairs in this breathtaking home. The attached master bath features a spa-inspired oversized soaking tub, huge walk-in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom on this floor offers a great space for the kids with twin trundle beds as well as an attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. On this main living level, you will also find plenty of room for entertaining in the high end kitchen and dining room. The family chef will love the well-stocked kitchen with all the culinary essentials as well as a Keurig coffee maker, gas range, beautiful quartz counters and an impressive island with enough seating along the breakfast bar to comfortably accommodate all your guests.

Relax and unwind in the plush living room with extra large glass doors allowing you to enjoy the beautiful outdoors even when inside. Step out onto the spacious balcony and the gentle sea breeze will have you feeling refreshed in no time. A convenient half bathroom and laundry area complete this level of the home.

Upstairs you will have your choice of two more king master suites. Each bedroom features a full bathroom with gorgeous walk-in tiled showers. There is an upper balcony perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and listening to the peaceful sounds of this quiet neighborhood. On this floor, you will even find a dedicated office space for when you absolutely must do a bit of work while away. Please inquire about the convenient Murphy bed located in the office space for the ability to sleep additional guests.

It’s all play and no work in the amazing backyard with its luxurious covered patio with indoor/outdoor seating, dining table for six and propane grill. Float your cares away in the huge pool or have a soak in the attached therapeutic spa tub. Have a seat at the swim up bar where you can watch movies or sports by the pool on the huge outdoor TV.

This home allows parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway and garage.

This rental is dog friendly! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

PET POLICY:

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 50 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

• Pit Bull

• Akita

• Rottweiler

• German Shepherd

• Siberian Husky

• Malamute

• Doberman Pinscher

• Chows

• Any Wolf-dog hybrid

• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. 

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
