Welcome to No Tan Lines! You will fall in love with this gorgeous location on a stretch of beach (private up to the high tide line) only steps away from the Rod and Reel Pier and the historic Anna Maria City Pier. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge as it lights up with different colors in the evenings while you sip on a cocktail from one of the three waterfront decks on each level of the home.

No luxury has been spared in this home, beginning with the floor-to-ceiling glass sliders on the main living level of the home which open onto the ample balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and bay. Enjoy the view from anywhere in the open living and dining room and even as you cook in the well-appointed kitchen surrounded by sparkling quartz countertops and stainless appliances. A brand new dining table seats 10 so bring the entire family for amazing meals and memories to last a lifetime.

Four bedrooms are perfectly separated and private, each one offering spacious tropical balconies and private ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom was designed with the ultimate comfort in mind. Choose from one of the three king master bedrooms featuring a Sleep Number bed, Purple Mattress or Posturepedic. The fourth bedroom features two twin Cloud mattresses and an attached bathroom with shower and tub combo.

We won't blame you if you want to spend all of your time soaking in the beachfront heated pool and spa. Your family will love the poolside covered deck and game room. With foosball, Pacman arcade game, Xbox and TV you will never have to hear "I'm bored". You may not even need TV at all, but rather everyone will love the show that nature puts on for you right outside your door. There is too much wildlife to count, from dolphins, osprey, turtles, manatee, stingrays and more!

If you do leave this stunning home you will want to stroll on the powdery sand up to Bean Point for the most remarkable sunsets you have ever seen. You may choose to dine under the stars at the Sandbar Restaurant or overlooking the Bay at the famous Waterfront Restaurant. Rent a bike and easily explore all the treasures of the island including the boutique shops on Pine Avenue and the Doughnut Experiment. The possibilities are endless from No Tan Lines, just pack your bags!

^Please keep in mind that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the living area of the home.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. 

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

PET POLICY:

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

• Pit Bull 

• Akita 

• Rottweiler 

• German Shepherd 

• Siberian Husky 

• Malamute 

• Doberman Pinscher 

• Chows 

• Any Wolf-dog hybrid 

• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
