Enter into a bright sitting room, the perfect spot to drop your bags, reconnect, or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. To the left, step into the beautifully updated kitchen, designed with crisp cabinetry, modern appliances, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals together. Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious private dining room anchored by a long table for 10 - ideal for holiday meals, family gatherings, or late-night card games.  

Beyond the kitchen, the home opens into a large living room with comfortable seating and sliding doors that lead directly to the screened lanai. This airy indoor–outdoor layout makes it easy to flow between swimming, relaxing, and dining throughout the day. Saltwater Bliss offers 5 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across the property to give everyone their own sense of space and comfort:

Bedroom 1: At the front of the house, you’ll find a cozy queen bedroom complete with its own private half bath - perfect for early risers and night owls.

Bedroom 2: Just across the small hallway, the twin bedroom offers two separate beds and sits directly beside a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, ideal for kids.

Bedroom 3: Off the living room at the back of the home, the spacious king master suite serves as a peaceful retreat with a generous ensuite bathroom featuring a newly tiled walk-in shower. It’s conveniently located near the main gathering areas while still feeling tucked away.

Bedroom 4: At the very back of the home, the second king ensuite bedroom enjoys an ultra-private location, with an updated bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 5: Across the other end of the spacious dining room, you’ll find the fifth bedroom with two queen beds - perfect for couples, teens, grandparents, or anyone wanting extra space.

Relax, dine, and lounge your way through vacation with a huge private pool, poolside tiki bar, screened-in lanai, and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach gear to make your stay easy and carefree. We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 4-5 vehicles.

A minimum deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. If the arrival date is within 60 days, payment is due in full. For information regarding our cancellation policy, please click here.
