Featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Starfish Paradise boasts a beautiful open concept layout with tastefully updated furnishings. This gorgeous luxury home is also complete with a tropical backyard, shared heated pool and spa, picnic table, and chaise loungers and chairs.

Take the elevator or steps up to the second floor which is where your dreamy paradise awaits. The great room is light and airy, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. This space offers a new full size sleeper sofa in order to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Outside on the lanai you can take in the pool view and enjoy gulf breezes while you relax with coffee or a cocktail. 

The chef in the family will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite breakfast bar that opens to the dining area complete with table for 6. After dinner walk just 95 steps to the beautiful white sand beach and take in the spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Both bedrooms in this thoughtfully designed home are styled with luxury crisp linens, coastal decor and ample closet space. The master suite provides a king bed and ensuite bathroom with both a therapeutic jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features twin over full bunk beds and hallway access to the guest bathroom with tub/ shower combo. 

Take the elevator back down to the ground floor for the ultimate convenience - no need to carry groceries up and down stairs! The pool area is shared with the other rental unit in this duplex, Seahorse Dreams, but provides two separate gas grills for cooking out. In the garage you will find plenty of supplies for the beach such as chairs, wagon and umbrellas. Head for the beach, just steps away, or explore the beauty of the island from this perfect location. Centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach you can easily navigate the area without having to step foot into your car by catching the free island trolley. 

^Please keep in mind that if the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the unit.

A note about “hot tubs” and “spas”

Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s, or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. 

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
