Sunset Villa D is a stunning two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground level condo, just a stone's throw away from the sparkling Gulf of Mexico beaches on Anna Maria Island. Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the decorator-furnished interior. This condo was recently refreshed in 2023 with all new paint and furnishings!

Located on a desirable street west of Gulf Drive, this condo offers the best of both worlds - peace and quiet, yet just a short stroll to the beach, shopping, and dining options. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space for up to six guests.

This condo is fully outfitted with a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. Outside your door you will find a convenient, private patio with table for 2 and a gas grill so you can cook and dine alfresco.

A beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided for your quick jaunts to the beach. After a long day of soaking up the sun, retreat to the beautiful pool area, featuring a calming waterfall and ample seating to relax and unwind. You'll feel like you've entered a tropical paradise, complete with an authentic Tiki hut.

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We do not accept reservations from any guests under the age of 25. The primary guest will be required to provide proof of age and must occupy the rental home for the duration of the reservation.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
